GnM Limited is a company limited by shares which was incorporated in Tanzania on 28th June 1999 under the Companies Ordinance (CAP 212). Among the objects that GnM Limited was established for include carrying out business of building construction, civil and structural engineering works, builders and general maintenance contractors, architects and quantity surveyors, painters and decorators, plumbers, glaziers, metal and alloy works, refiners and engineers, electrician, carpenters, jointers, wood works, carriers warehousemen, wharf, wharf fingers and dealers in hardware, sanitary ware goods, paints appliances and fittings, tiles, pipes, earthenware, glass, timber, wood, cement, concrete and building materials and requisite of every kind.

GnM Limited is a private company of which the right to transfer shares is restricted. The company was registered with the Contractors Registration Board as a Contractor in accordance with the provisions of the Contractors Registration Board Act 17 of 1997 in December 1999.

GnM Limited operates business from its new and modern offices at block G, Plot No. 1392/8 in Tegeta ( Kinondoni Municipality), Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Construction works undertaken by GnM Limited as Contractor includes but not limited to construction of reinforced concrete structures in varied shapes and sizes ranging from simple rectangular columns and beams to slender curved domes or shells. The objective of GnM Limited is insurance that under any worst loading conditions, structures erected by GnM Limited will be safe and during normal loading conditions the deformation of the erected members does not distract from appearance, durability or performance of the GnM Limited erected structure. This objective is achieved by rigorous professional designs checks and verifications to insure that a developed design conforms to acceptable use of safety factors and workable structures. GnM Limited is also engaged in construction of simple and light weight structures by use of acceptable building materials with objective of achievement of safe and workable structure by use of quality materials and good workmanship.
